Looks great
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
“Just needed a short walkway from a side entrance to my trash can area. They booked fast, asked my needs, didn’t try to upsell me. Walkway looks great. It’s just about 4 feet by 9 feet, which is exactly what I wanted. I would use them again in the future”

5 stars for sure
“I wanted a non boring curved walkway through my backyard around various shrubbery and plants and trees i’ve put in over the years. Devin explained that curves are a lot of work which makes sense because bricks are straight! I understood that it would cost a little more than just a straight path, but it was still a little cheaper than I thought! 5 stars for sure it is b e a u t i f u l”

Lovely fire pit + walkway
“They designed a lovely fire pit + walkway for us to chill at with family and friends on weekends. It leads from our deck to the middle of the yard. We’re very happy with it.”

Our ICPI-compliant paver repairs are built to last by fixing the root cause — with clear communication from start to finish
What Makes a Paver Repair Last?
Our B.A.S.E. framework focuses meticulously on the structural details most repairs fail to address — because these are what determine whether your paver repair actually lasts.

Base Prep
We remove affected areas and rebuild the base with properly compacted base at the correct depth for your soil conditions and traffic load. This prevents the same sinking, shifting, and uneven areas from coming back.

Angle & Slope
We correct grading issues to direct water away from your home and eliminate pooling. Proper slope protects the repaired area from future failure.

Sand & Interlock
We re-screed a consistent bedding layer and reset pavers so they interlock tightly — reducing movement, gaps, and repeat settling in repaired sections.

Edge Restraint
We repair or reinforce edge restraints where needed to prevent spreading or separation — one of the most common causes of recurring issues.
Our Repair Process (What to Expect)
After a quick phone consultation to make sure we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule an on-site visit. You’ll be meeting with a team member who is directly involved in the repair (not a salesperson) so what’s discussed is what gets done, with no surprises along the way.
Step 1
Site Evaluation & Diagnosis
We meet with you on-site to understand the issues, evaluate the affected areas, and identify the root causes — whether it’s base failure, drainage problems, or edge restraint breakdown.
Step 2
Repair Plan & Scope
We outline exactly what needs to be corrected, including which areas will be lifted, rebuilt, or reset — ensuring the repair addresses the cause, not just the surface issue.
Step 3
Repair & Re-Installation
We remove affected pavers, correct the base and grading as needed, and reinstall pavers with proper alignment, compaction, and edge support.
Step 4
Final Compaction & Walkthrough
We complete final compaction, apply joint sand, and walk the repaired areas with you to ensure everything is level, stable, and done right.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will sand fix wobbly pavers?
Not really.
Adding sand alone is a temporary fix. Wobbly pavers are usually caused by a failed base, poor compaction, or washed-out bedding sand.
The proper repair involves lifting the affected area, correcting the base, and reinstalling the pavers.
How do you tighten up loose pavers?
Loose pavers are fixed by removing them, re-leveling or rebuilding the base if needed, re-screeding the sand layer, and reinstalling the pavers with proper compaction. Simply adding sand on top won’t solve the underlying issue.
How much does it cost to repair pavers?
Paver repair costs vary depending on the size of the area and the underlying issue.
Minor fixes may be a few hundred dollars, while larger areas requiring base correction can cost more.
Most projects require an on-site evaluation to determine the exact scope.
Should pavers be re-sealed after a repair?
Sealing is optional but recommended.
A quality sealer helps protect against stains, enhances color, and can reduce weed growth and joint sand loss.
Most surfaces benefit from sealing every 2–3 years, depending on conditions.
Do you need a permit for a paver repair in Pinellas County?
Typically no.
Requirements can vary by situation and city (St. Petersburg, Clearwater, etc.), so it’s still important to check local regulations.
A contractor should typically handle permitting if it’s required.
